Limited Warranties

Vaportiser warrants to the original purchaser of the Vaportiser Cigarette product, that it will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the product’s lifecycle. The Vaportiser warranty may only be used within 30 days of your purchase through the Vaportiser website. During the warranty period, Vaportiser will, at its discretion, repair or replace (with a new or reconditioned unit) components that are defective. Exclusions to this warranty shall not apply to defects resulting from misuse, improper or inadequate maintenance or unauthorized modification. This Limited Warranty gives the original purchaser specific limited rights, in addition to those rights under applicable local law. No warranty on stolen or lost items.

Batteries have a finite life span. They are under warranty for 30 days starting from the date of receipt. This warranty is void if the unit has been broken due to mishandling and/or tampering.

Clearomizers, Atomizers, Coils and Tanks are consumable items and are not covered under warranty, However if they are deemed to be Dead on Arrival (faulty on receipt) and we are notified within 7 days of you receiving them, we may replace them at our discretion.

E-Liquids are a consumable item, sold in sealed bottles and are not covered under warranty.  The only exception to this rule is in the case of a manufacturing fault, or shipping error on our part, in which case we will replace them.

Conditions of Returns

Once we have received the returned item, we will fully test it to verify the fault.  Please allow up to 5 working days for it to be checked and the replacement dispatched or credit issued.

Should we discover that there is not a fault, or that it has been caused by user error, we will not issue a replacement or raise a credit but will return the item to you.  Vaportiser are not responsible for reimbursing any shipping cost for returning items.

Vaportiser are not responsible for items that get lost in transit. Therefore, we suggest sending returns via a trackable service and ensuring the correct amount for postage is paid.

Please Note: All returned items must be returned with original packaging and receipt of purchase confirming date of sale.

Please enclose your original bill of sale, your name, address, telephone numbers, email address and reason for returning the item.


If you ordered the wrong product, we can exchange it as long as it is safely returned to us unopened and unused within 14 days of receipt. We do kindly ask that you pay for the return postage and packaging.

Vaportiser reserves the right to change our warranty conditions without notice.  We also reserve the right to refuse items returned to us which do not fulfil the requirements stated above.

Warranties are not guarantees and only cover manufacturing faults.  Damage, wear and tear or any subsequent damage that may occur are not covered under the warranty.

      Thanks for your mail. Yes!!! we certainly do take paypal payments along with debit/credit cards or direct bank transfer. O checkout you will be given a choice of payment methods.

    The eleaf istick mini 10w starter states matching clearomizer, is the case also matching or blue as shown?

    Also, would it be possible to state the pg/vg ratio of the e-liquids you sell?

      Thank you for your enquiry. The 10w kits do come in a matching case, apart fromt the blue which currently comes in a black case. With regards to the E-liquids, most of them state the VG/PG, if not in the title, in the blurb. I am working on updating the other ones asap.
