ALL clearance items are non-refundable. Some items in the clearance lines may be out of date stock however it is listed on the website as safe to use. Please Note: according to research, The Best Before Date is simply a recommendation as to when you should use the e-liquid by. It’s not dangerous to vape expired e-liquids, and it’s not bad for your health. In fact, some e-liquids can last up to five years past their Best Before Date. Even after five years, your e-liquid does not “go off” like food, you’ll just experience a loss in flavour and nicotine strength as the ingredients within the e-liquid begin to break down.

Disposable Vape Clearance offers

Keep in mind that some discounted disposable items could be broken or faulty. Because they’re sealed, we can’t check them. We cannot offer any refunds or exchanges on these clearance items.

Use of discount coupons on clearance items

Coupons cannot be applied to products that are on sale or clearance. They are only valid for items at full price. For instance, if your basket includes both full-priced and discounted items, the coupon will only provide a discount on the full-priced items.

All hardware must be in the original packaging, including any outer sleeve as these contain the product serial numbers. We cannot accept any hardware back without this. All kits & mods are under warranty for 30 days starting from the date of receipt.

Batteries have a finite life span. They are under warranty for 30 days starting from the date of receipt. This warranty is void if the unit has been broken due to mishandling and/or tampering.

Clearomizers, Atomizers, Coils and Tanks are consumable items and are not covered under warranty, However if they are deemed to be Dead on Arrival (faulty on receipt) and we are notified within 7 days of you receiving them, we may replace them at our discretion.

E-Liquids are a consumable item, sold in sealed bottles and are not covered under warranty.  The only exception to this rule is in the case of a manufacturing fault, or shipping error on our part, in which case we will replace them.

You may return UNOPENED and UNUSED disposable vapes in exchange for store credit of the same value if we are notified within 14 days of purchase. Opened or used disposables are NON-REFUNDABLE and are not to be returned for hygiene reasons.
