- Remove the coil from the device & get your chosen e-liquid ready
- Drip the e-liquid into the coils ports located on either side of the coil (their is usually around 4) ensuring even distribution. Apply generously to each hole but be careful not to overfill, remember we are only soaking it so its ready for step 3 & 4.
- Drip some e-liquid into the centre of the coil and check if the coil is soaked throughout by looking at the coil ports.
- Attach your coil to your tank
- Fill your tank with e-liquid and let the tank stand for a few minutes. Wait around 10 minutes before inhaling
How long do you prime a coil for?
how long should you prime a coil for? The answer to this question depends on the type of coil and resistance.
If you have a high resistance coil, for example, 1.0ohm or above, then you only really need to prime it for around 5 minutes or so. This is often due to the less wicking/cotton material they have inside the coil.
The lower the resistance of the coils for example, below 1.0ohm, the longer you will need to prime it for. For low resistance coils anything below 1.0ohm, we recommend leaving it to soak for around 10 minutes or so.
